Therapy can be a considerable expense but it is an investment in your health and well-being. My rates are affordable to most clients. The therapy I provide is timely and efficient and I endeavour to help you as quickly as possible so you can enjoy your life.
Payment is made at the end of each session and the following payment methods are accepted:
- Master Card

I am a Registered Provider with Blue Cross and provide services to Veterans and their families. The therapy must be authorised by Blue Cross before starting therapy.
Health Claims for Auto Insurance (HCAI)
We are registered with HCAI as a HCAI provider facility.
You can get more information on HCAI here.
Services may be covered in full or part by you Extended Health Benefits. In order to determine if you have coverage to come for therapy, you can contact your insurance provider and ask the following questions:
- Do I have coverage for Psychotherapy or Counselling services?
- Does it cover a Registered Psychotherapist with a PhD and Masters in Counselling and being a Psychological Associate who is supervised by a registered psychologist with the College of Psychologists in Ontario?
- How much coverage is available per year?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- What is the year for coverage i.e. calendar year, fiscal year etc.? Is a doctor’s referral required?
If coverage is available, you make payments for the service and I will provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company.
EAP – Employee Assistance Plans:
You may have an Employee Assistance Plan through your workplace. In order to access your EAP, you must see a therapist on the EAP Provider List of your company. I am providing limited EAP work with a few EAP companies. You may also wish to call your Human Resources Department to ask if they would allow you to see a therapist outside of the EAP Provider List.
First Nations & Inuit Health:
If you have a Certificate of Indian status (Band Card), you may be eligible to have therapy covered through Health Canada. The process involves attending for an initial assessment session with me, following which I submit a Treatment Plan to Health Canada. If approved, you are able to attend for the number of sessions that have been approved by Health Canada (usually 15 sessions). The sessions must be used within a period of six months.
I am a registered provider WSIB for clients with a WSIB claim and provision for psychotherapy/counselling.
If you need to cancel or change an appointment time, 48 hours notice is required in order to avoid being charged for your session.
